Mount Angeles and Klahhane Ridge are popular hiking destinations within the Hurricane Ridge area of Olympic National Park. The ridge runs east-west and connects the east face of Mount Angeles (6,454') with the jagged spires of neighboring Rocky Peak (6,218'). Views from Klahhane Ridge of some of the best on the entire Olympic Peninsula. The Cascades can be seen to the east, the Olympics to the south and west as well as Vancouver Island and the Strait of Juan de Fuca to the north. Mount Angeles can be reached via the Climbers Trail or accessed via Klahhane Ridge itself (recommended).
